Soy Glow-Up Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple pieces
  • 3/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla soy milk
  • 1/2 cup grated fresh carrots
  • 1 scoop (3 tablespoons) vanilla soy protein powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric

Instructions

  1. Puree all ingredients in a blender on high for 30 seconds or until smooth. Serve immediately.

Recipe may be cut in half or doubled.
